When I started in the travel industry in 2003, I was known as the "Disney lady."  While Disney travel is still near and dear to my heart (I still visit Walt Disney World 3-4 times a year and am always on the lookout for hidden Mickeys and Dole Whips), I now also specialize in romance travel.  I love working with couples planning their destination weddings and honeymoons for that once-in-a-lifetime event to remember.  I also specialize in Ireland travel, and fully believe there's no problem that can't be solved after a hike through the Gap of Dunloe and a pint at Kate Kearney's Cottage when you're through.
My travels have taken me all over the Caribbean, Mexico, England, Czech Republic, Italy, Ireland, as well as all over the US, including Alaska and Hawaii, and the list is always growing.

Who we are and what we do...

Paradise Found Travel specializes in family and romance travel, creating custom itineraries tailored to our clients.  We specialize in Caribbean, Mexico, Ireland, and Italy travel, but can help with that anywhere-in-the-world getaway. We aren't assembly line order takers; we take time to get to know our clients and design a vacation experience built specifically for them.  From the initial "nice to meet you," to the "welcome home," we provide advice, support, and answers.

Our travel designers continually take courses, meet with suppliers and travel industry representatives, and  attend seminars and workshops to stay current regarding destinations and trends in the ever-changing world of travel.   Of course, our favorite form of education is traveling as often as we can!

Our team of paradise experts is ready to help you find your paradise!

Why use a travel professional?

It’s hard to argue that anything could be much easier than booking a trip online at 11:00 PM on a Saturday in your underwear. Super simple, right? Sure, unless you'd like more information than what's provided in the four sentences and handful of strategically composed photos you're given. Or if you change your mind after you click “Book It” and want to make a change.  Or if your flight is cancelled.  Or you arrive at your destination only to find that your flight/room/rental car has been oversold or a mistake has been made. (By the way, our suppliers will never "walk" our clients to another hotel in the event the hotel is oversold; however, many online agencies will.) So who do you turn to? Your travel professional, of course!  Also, travel professionals often have access to exclusive deals and pricing that may not be available to the public.  Most travel professionals also have special relationships with vendors who supply the vacation packages, so that gives us more leverage to find those packages or  hotels that are “sold out.”  We receive daily communications with new specials from various suppliers that may not be published on the internet. We also frequently have special relationships with on-site resort management, which gives us a personal contact at the resort.

When you research a vacation, you'll find tons of information and spend a lot of your valuable time sorting through it all. The average traveler makes 32.5 visits to 10.3 different websites covering 4.2 different categories - including travel news, search advice, and social media sites - before booking.  A travel professional can save you that valuable time.  We have the latest prices, reports on hotel conditions, and fantastic ideas for intriguing destinations.  Our knowledge and experience gives us an upper hand in trip planning, so you can be confident that your vacation will be everything you've dreamed of.
